Buyers from 27 countries official visitors at Tecnargilla

Selected foreign investors visiting the world´s most important exhibition of technology dedicated to the ceramic industry, to purchase the best technologies on the market

.Tecnargilla´s central position on the international exhibition scene was again confirmed in the 2016 edition by the origin of the foreign buyers within official delegations, potential investors interested in purchasing new technologies.
Major producers of tiles, sanitaryware and bricks from 27 countries (Algeria, Angola, Argentina, Azerbaijan, China, Colombia, Korea, Egypt, the Philippines, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Palestine, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Russia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam) were at the exhibition, to encounter the finest in technological innovation dedicated to ceramics and bricks.
In the first three days of the show, running in Rimini until tomorrow, 30 September, around 1,000 business meetings have been held with exhibition companies in a dedicated area or at the stands of the companies involved with the support of native-speaker interpreters.
The official delegates, selected in part thanks to the contribution of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and the Italian Trade Agency, contributed to increasing the number of countries represented among the international public, which reached 101 in the latest edition and a total of 15,770 in attendance, about half of the total visitors.

Tecnargilla is the world´s most important exhibition in terms of ceramics and brick technologies. Organised by Acimac (Association of Italian Manufacturers of Machinery and Equipment for Ceramics) and Rimini Fiera, the exhibition offers the best of innovation in aesthetics and processes for the sector every two years, playing host to all the leading companies and attracting a great number of international buyers to Rimini. Tecnargilla was in fact the exhibition with most visits from international operators also in its 2014 edition: more than 15,770 (+6.4 on 2014) foreign buyers out of a total of 32,120 visitors (+5.5% on 2014). Tecnargilla opens its 2016 edition with more than 500 exhibitors (40% of which from around 25 countries) covering an area of 80,000 m² (+7% on the 2014 edition) approx., divided into four exhibition sections: Tecnargilla, dedicated to technologies for tiles, sanitaryware and tableware; Kromatech, the showcase for colour and creativity in ceramics; Claytech, the section dedicated to technologies for the brick industry; T-White, the new exhibition area dedicated to machinery and systems for the production of ceramic sanitaryware and tableware.
