.It was yet another successful edition for Tecnargilla, the one that closed last Friday at the Rimini exhibition centre.
Organized by the IEG-Italian Exhibition Group and Acimac, the event confirmed its world leadership ensured both by the quality of the numerous innovations proposed by the exhibiting companies, and by the number and origin of professional visitors coming to Rimini from over 100 countries.
More than any other edition, the success of Tecnargilla has been recognized by exhibiting companies for the high quality of international buyers, most of whom are owners and top managers who have come to Rimini with specific investment projects. Numerous contracts have been finalised directly at the fair and there are also numerous partnerships with new customers that will result in important supplies in the short term.
The highest inflows were recorded from Italy, Spain, China, Turkey, India, Russian Federation, Brazil, Germany, Iran and Poland.
The highest percentage increases were generated by recently developed countries, an unequivocal sign of Tecnargilla´s centrality for those working in the ceramic sector. Among these Belarus, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Pakistan, Nigeria, Philippines.
On the other hand, operators from some important ceramic production countries affected by unfavourable economic-social or industrial conditions showed a decrease: Turkey, Iran, Thailand, Algeria, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia and Morocco.
Particularly appreciated by visiting professionals was the new exhibition layout, which saw the debut of the new Greentech and T-Finishingsections, dedicated to technologies for energy saving and for the finishing of ceramic tiles, respectively, which were joined by the historic Kromatech, Claytech and T-White.
The next edition of Tecnargilla is set for the end of September 2020.
